Additional Comments:		I am a 29 year old violinist who has been playing for 21 years. I started violin in 3rd grade in a Connecticut public school system. At age 11 I started private lessons with Jean Brown (also in CT). These lessons continued through until I graduated high school. I played in Jr High and High School Orchestras, string quartet my senior year, etc. Additionally, I played in the Eastern Regional Orchestra (1988-1992), All New England Symphony Orchestra (1990-1992) and participated in other regional orchestras throughout New England. I went to the University of Connecticut as a music education major on partial scholarship and also played with the University of Massachusetts orchestras and briefly with the Cambridge Symphony Orchestra. I have also played with multiple Connecticut and Boston-area bands on an as-needed basis in styles such as acoustic rock, celtic and jazz.
